<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Also, peanut butter, banana and chocolate is an amazing trio. So why not put it into a smoothie? All you need are the six ingredients below. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Milk </strong>is used to create a perfect consistency. Feel free to use almond milk or another dairy free milk of your liking. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">About 1 cup of <strong>frozen sliced bananas</strong>. Please make sure your banana is frozen! To freeze your bananas ahead of time, simply peel and cut it into small chunks. Place the banana chunks in a freezer friendly container or bag. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Powdered peanut butter</strong> for peanut butter flavor, duh! PB powder packs all the flavor but is a lighter version of regular natural peanut butter. I actually prefer using PB in smoothies because it blends in nicely. <p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cocoa powder</strong> adds a rich chocolate flavor. For this recipe we will be using one tablespoon. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Flaxseed meal</strong> adds vitamins and minerals and you don&#8217;t even taste it! It is always a great addition to smoothies.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Vanilla</strong> <strong>greek yogurt</strong> adds protein but it also adds thickness and creaminess. Which is key for smoothies! Using vanilla greek yogurt also adds vanilla flavor that pairs nicely with the cocoa powder and peanut butter. </p>
