- ¾ cup milk or 1 cup for more liquid texture, or almond milk
- 1 ½ frozen banana about 1 heaping cup of frozen sliced bananas
- 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 5.3 oz container vanilla greek yogurt about ½ cup, or a dairy free yogurt of choice
Grab your high speed blender and gather all your ingredients: milk, frozen banana, powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, and greek yogurt.
Add all the ingredients into your blender.
Pulse ingredients in the blender until the smoothie is blended and creamy. This will take varying amounts of time depending on the type of blender you have. You want to make sure no chunks of banana remain.
Pour the smoothie into one large glass or two small cups. Top with chocolate chips, fresh banana slices, and a drizzle of peanut butter (optional, but recommended!). Enjoy!
