<p>Growing up, cinnamon raisin bread was always my toast of choice. My parents use to buy pepperidge farm cinnamon swirl bread and it was always such a treat! Traditional raisin breads tend to be loaded with a lot sugar. I love that this recipe is a spin off of your traditional raisin bread but with a lot less sugar.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tips for making the best homemade cinnamon bread</h2>



<p><strong>Firstly</strong>, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. And line a loaf pan with parchment paper. </p>



<p><strong>Secondly,</strong> add all your dry ingredients into a medium bowl: <em>almond flour, tapioca flour, flax meal, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.</em></p>



<p><strong>Thirdly,</strong> add all your dry ingredients to a large bowl: <em>eggs, milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. </em></p>



<p><strong>Next,</strong> add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold until combined. Then fold in the raisins. </p>



<p><strong>Finally,</strong> pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. </p>
