<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px"><strong>Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.</strong> And line two baking sheets with parchment paper.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px"><strong>Whisk together the wet ingredients.</strong> Whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth. Then add the peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Continue to whisk until smooth.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px"><strong>Add the dry ingredients.</strong> Now add in the almond flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined and smooth.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px"><strong>Add the chocolate.</strong> Mix in the chocolate chips and scoop 24 cookies onto the baking sheets.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">I recommend using natural creamy peanut butter. Make sure you give your peanut butter a good stir as natural nut butters can be very oily. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px"><strong>Can I freeze these cookies?</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">Yes! Simply let the cookies cool at room temperature and then store them in a freezer friendly container. To enjoy the cookies at a later date, simply let them thaw at room temperature or defrost them in the microwave.</p>
