- Tomatoes, I use beef steak tomatoes!
- Sliced mozzarella
- Natural sliced deli turkey
- Arugula

The Best Turkey Pesto Flatbread Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 8 mini naan flatbread I use the naan rounds, or use any flat bread or bread of choice
- 1 jar of your favorite store bought pesto or homemade pesto!
- 2 beef steak tomatoes sliced
- 8 slices of fresh mozzarella
- 1 lb sliced natural deli turkey
- 2 cups fresh arugula
Instructions
- Start out by lightly toasting your flat bread or bread of choice
- Spread a layer of pesto on both sides of the toasted bread
- Then top it with a sliced tomato, sliced mozzarella, deli turkey and arugula
- Add the other half of flatbread on top and enjoy!
