Ingredients

  • 8 mini naan flatbread I use the naan rounds, or use any flat bread or bread of choice
  • 1 jar of your favorite store bought pesto or homemade pesto!
  • 2 beef steak tomatoes sliced
  • 8 slices of fresh mozzarella
  • 1 lb sliced natural deli turkey
  • 2 cups fresh arugula

Instructions

  • Start out by lightly toasting your flat bread or bread of choice
  • Spread a layer of pesto on both sides of the toasted bread
  • Then top it with a sliced tomato, sliced mozzarella, deli turkey and arugula
  • Add the other half of flatbread on top and enjoy!
