Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cup milk
  • 2 tbsp carrots shredded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Firstly, grab a mason jar or a small storage container. You can use either option!
  • Secondly, add all the ingredients in the jar. Mix until smooth and combined.
  • Thirdly, put the lid on the mason jar and store them in the fridge overnight (or for 6 hours).
  • Lastly, remove the oats from the fridge in the morning and enjoy!
