Carrot cake overnight oats are a fun twist on regular oatmeal. They are loaded with carrot cake ingredients like raisins, walnuts, coconut, cinnamon, a splash of maple syrup, and carrots (of course).

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 tbsp carrots shredded and chopped
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
Firstly, grab a mason jar or a small storage container. You can use either option!
Secondly, add all the ingredients in the jar. Mix until smooth and combined.
Thirdly, put the lid on the mason jar and store them in the fridge overnight (or for 6 hours).
Lastly, remove the oats from the fridge in the morning and enjoy!
