Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats or regular whole oats (will have to cook longer), or gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Grab a small saucepan and add the oats, chia seeds and milk.
  • Mix together with a spatula over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir consistently.
  • Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add the toppings. And top with extra milk!
