- 6 english muffins regular, whole grain or gluten free
- 6 eggs
- 6-12 pieces prosciutto depending how many you want per sandwich
- 1 cup arugula
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- butter optional for spreading on english muffins
Firstly, bake the prosciutto. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the prosciutto to the pan in a loose ball or nest form. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a pan on the stove, cook the eggs to your liking.
Toast the english muffins to your liking! And butter them if you choose.
