Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (Gluten Free, No Bake)

These chocolate peanut butter balls are the perfect little snack that everyone will love! They are made with just 6 ingredients and come together so quickly. Also, they are gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • cup oat flour finely ground
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add the the creamy peanut butter, oat flour, coconut flour and maple syrup. Mix until fully combined.
  • Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop and roll 15 peanut butter balls. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and set them in the fridge.
  • Now, in a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring each time, until fully melted.
  • Dip each ball in chocolate. Use a fork to dip and cover the peanut butter bites in chocolate. Use another fork to help place them on the cookie sheet. Top each ball with sea salt.
  • Set the peanut butter bites back in the fridge anywhere from 15-45 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
