Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter cubed
  • 1 cup Jovial einkorn flour or any flour of choice
  • 4 tablespoons whole‑milk Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Add the shredded cheese, cubed butter, and einkorn flour to a food processor. Pulse a few times until the mixture looks lightly combined and crumbly.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and blend on low until the dough begins to form a grainy ball. When you pinch it between your fingers, it should hold together.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Roll it to your desired thickness, then cut into any shapes you like. Cookie cutters work beautifully — especially for making adorable heart‑shaped crackers.
  • Transfer the shapes to a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the crackers cool completely so they crisp up. Store in an airtight container for easy toddler snacking throughout the week. You can also store these crackers in the freezer for up to 3 months!
