Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ ground turkey 93/7 lean
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 jalapeños chopped
  • 2-4 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt AND pepper

Instructions

  • Firstly, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl: turkey, bread crumbs, egg, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Secondly, using your hands, mix all the ingredients together just until combined.
  • Then form the mixture into 5 patties.
  • Now heat a large skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the patties 4-5 minutes on each side. Or until the internal temperature of the burgers reaches 165 degrees.
  • Finally, toast your burger buns, and top your burger with desired toppings. Enjoy!
