M&M Cookie Recipe (Chocolate, Healthier, Easy)
This M&M cookie recipe is made with white whole wheat flour and you won't even notice a difference! They are loaded with chocolate flavor, made with wholesome ingredients, and make the perfect dessert.

- 1 ¼ cups white whole wheat flour
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg room temperature
- ¾ cup refined coconut oil OR butter melted and slightly cooled
- ½ cup coconut sugar or white sugar
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup M&Ms or chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, coconut oil OR butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
Now fold in the dry flour ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in the M&M candies.
Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and set the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Remove the dough from the freezer and scoop 24 cookies onto the baking sheets. Press a few extra M&Ms into each cookie if you'd like!
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
