Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 tsp for less sweet
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds or walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Grab your mason jar with a lid. Wide mouth mason jars work best! I use 16oz wide mouth mason jar.
  • Add all the ingredients in the jar and mix well.
  • Put the lid on your jar and store the oats in the fridge overnight. These oats are best when enjoyed within 1-2 days.
  • Remove the oats from the fridge in the morning and enjoy! Top your oats with extra pumpkin seeds, walnuts and a drizzle of almond butter :)
