- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 tsp for less sweet
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Grab your mason jar with a lid. Wide mouth mason jars work best! I use 16oz wide mouth mason jar.
Add all the ingredients in the jar and mix well.
Put the lid on your jar and store the oats in the fridge overnight. These oats are best when enjoyed within 1-2 days.
Remove the oats from the fridge in the morning and enjoy! Top your oats with extra pumpkin seeds, walnuts and a drizzle of almond butter :)
