White Whole Wheat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
Whole wheat chocolate chip cookies are so soft and utterly delicious. They are made from white whole wheat flour and are loaded with chocolate morsels.

- 2 cups white whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup coconut oil or butter melted and cooled
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
In a large bowl add the maple syrup, coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Fold in the flour, baking soda and salt. Fold until just combined.
Now fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the bowl in the fridge to chill batter for 1 hour or more. Don't skip this step!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop 24 cookies and arrange them evenly onto 2 baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
